Great Yoga

I had a very good yoga session today. It seems to be getting more and more intense but at the same time, I seem to getting more and more flexible. I’m still very far from where I’d like to be, but I’m definitely slowly getting there. The best thing about Thursdays for me, yoga day, is that I get tired at normal times. So I find myself getting sleepy and going to bed at normal times. When I’m more comfortable and know more yoga I think I’m going to need to incorporate it in my daily evening routine. That way I’ll go to sleep at normal times everyday. I’m going to bed now. So as always, stay safe everyone. live long and prosper.
